WEH Inspired Calendar

Created in 2022 when my littles were in Kindergarten and Second Grade

I do a little calendar time with my little girls each morning and I wanted a more WEH-y (Well-Educated Heart) calendar. So we picked out some artwork from the Simple Joy Art site and added some text for the months and days of the week. We made the files in Canva.

Our routine is: We say the month, say what day it is, what yesterday was, tomorrow is, etc. One of my girls always is asking what day it is. (The Monday picture might have been a little comic relief for how I feel going into Mondays as a homeschool mom at times. ;) ) We’ve been using it for over a month and it’s been a hit! I’m excited to change over to September’s picture! I love autumn!

Notes on files: There are multiple files based on the orientation of the pages. I definitely think it's more fun and meaningful to pick your own artwork and make it your own, but I understand not everyone can do that. The 'seasons' file is meant to have a clothespin (or other clip) to mark the season. Then you just move it as the seasons change.
